Is the fire out?
For those of you who are wondering where I've been, I'm not gone or dead, and the fire is most definitely not out! The weeks since the Pats defeat at the hands of the Giants have been balls-to-the-wall busy with work and other stuff.
But, I HAVE been cooking. I'm going to put it in my plans to do a little catch-up work on the blog. I've been cooking ribs constantly, mostly because cooking them is a bit easier to squeeze into my busy schedule than the big meats which take 12-18 hours to cook.
The 2008 barbecue season is almost upon us - for some it's already started. As we begin to get rolling, I'll be posting a bit more information about planning and fund raising. There's lots to do before our first contest!
Cheers,
Chris
